- Ruler

Instructions:
- Cut a strip of crepe paper about 1 meter long and 9 cm wide.
- Fold it in half and continue folding until it forms a small, stacked piece.
- Wrap the straight edge around a pen and gently roll it while pulling the paper to form soft curls.
- Starting at one end, fold the paper inward and spiral it around to create the flower shape.
- Secure with floral tape and attach to the floral wire.
