Large Wet Strength Tissue Paper – 480 Sheets
Strong, lightweight wet strength tissue paper for lantern making, willow structures, model making, collage, gel printing and other creative projects. Each large sheet measures approximately 55 × 70 cm.
Unlike ordinary tissue paper, wet strength tissue is designed to retain its integrity when wet, making it ideal for projects involving glue, paste, paint and other wet media.
Our white Wet Strength Tissue Paper is 22gsm and acid-free.
It is particularly useful for covering and reinforcing willow structures, creating a strong surface that can be decorated or left white. Its translucent quality allows light from an LED tealight to shine through, making it an excellent choice for lantern making.
Model aircraft enthusiasts also use this tissue for creating lightweight coverings. It can be applied over Mylar to help achieve a smooth finish.
